DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION

SO WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As an Inside Sales Representative you will responsible for a variety of tasks during the sales, client retention and referral lifecycle for our tax preparation and tax resolution services.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. 

Some of these tasks include:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospect call preparation including background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Identify customer’s buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR:
  • Those who have a lot going on already and don’t have the time and focus needed to do a quality job and to meet time commitments
  • Those who have a history of changing jobs regularly and lack any stable job history
  • Those that don’t have the confidence and desire for unlimited upside on a 100% compensation plan
THIS POSITION IS FOR A PERSON WHO:
  • Is a high communicator
  • At least 1 – 3 years’ of sales experience
  • Experience in the accounting/tax industry a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Takes ownership and pride in their work
  • Has phenomenal values and ethics
  • Is not afraid of new challenges
  • Loves learning new things and can pick up on new tasks quickly
  • Loves answering questions from clients
  • Wants to be compensated fairly for their contributions and value
