DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION
SO WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As an Inside Sales Representative you will responsible for a variety of tasks during the sales, client retention and referral lifecycle for our tax preparation and tax resolution services.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Some of these tasks include:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect call preparation including background research and other pertinent lead information
- Identify customer’s buying trends and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR:
- Those who have a lot going on already and don’t have the time and focus needed to do a quality job and to meet time commitments
- Those who have a history of changing jobs regularly and lack any stable job history
- Those that don’t have the confidence and desire for unlimited upside on a 100% compensation plan
THIS POSITION IS FOR A PERSON WHO:
- Is a high communicator
- At least 1 – 3 years’ of sales experience
- Experience in the accounting/tax industry a plus
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Takes ownership and pride in their work
- Has phenomenal values and ethics
- Is not afraid of new challenges
- Loves learning new things and can pick up on new tasks quickly
- Loves answering questions from clients
- Wants to be compensated fairly for their contributions and value
