Jordan Tucker
Operations Coach/ Certified Public Accountant
Jordan Tucker is a proud member of the California Society of CPAs. He earned his Bachelors of Science in accounting from Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey.
While working in public accounting, Jordan provided assurance and taxation services to clients from a variety of different industries. Some of his responsibilities included preparing external & internal financial statements, tax planning, and tax return preparation. His experiences with solving complex tax issues and working with clients to reduce their tax liability fostered a special interest in the area of taxation, which is currently Jordan’s main focus.
Joemar Alba
Certified Public Accountant
Joemar Alba is a licensed Certified Public Accountant based in the Philippines. In 2010, Joemar graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in the University of the Philippines, Philippine’s National University. Before joining the team at Tax Samaritan, he spent more than seven years working with private entities where he had a variety of experiences in bookkeeping, accounting, taxation and auditing.

Rukshi Tahir

Rukshi Tahir is a results-driven tax professional with a Bachelor’s in Commerce and an MBA in International Finance. She started her career at Ernst & Young, where she specialized in U.S. taxation for expats and inbound clients and gained experience in tax return preparation, tax equalization, and compliance.
After taking a career break to raise her twins, she returned to the field with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and complex tax structures, including 1031 exchanges and strategic planning. Passionate about tax strategy and client success, she continues to deliver tailored solutions that simplify tax reporting.
Palash Agrawal
Chartered Accountant
Palash Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant from India with many years of experience in U.S. tax work. His expertise lies in navigating the complexities of U.S. tax regulations, delivering precise and tailored solutions to meet his client’s financial needs. Palash is passionate about ensuring clarity and efficiency in every project, helping others achieve their goals with confidence.
Outside of work, he is a dedicated vegetarian who loves experimenting with new vegetarian recipes, from vibrant curries to creative plant-based dishes. You’ll often find him at the gym, pushing his limits with a good workout to stay energized and focused. These passions keep him balanced and bring a fresh perspective to his professional endeavors.

Rhoda Congreso
Sales and Marketing Coach
Rhoda received her Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering. After practicing as an engineer for two years, her passion for traveling and seeing the world directed her career path into the airline industry where she worked as a Cabin Services Director for nearly nine years at one of the top-rated airlines in the world.
Being passionate about customer service, she’s currently working as the Sales and Marketing Coach for Tax Samaritan. It gives her the opportunity to learn and explore many things related to all fields such as sales, operations, and marketing and taking care of our #1 – our customers.
After working hours, she enjoys her new role as “mom” to a lovely daughter and spending time with her family.
Xandra Bacuetes
Content Developer
Xandra Bacuetes is a licensed professional teacher. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with specialization in Special Education from the University of Science and Technology in Southern Philippines. She practiced teaching for two years and later, transitioned into remote working. She joined Tax Samaritan in 2022.
Working in operations support, her main functions include providing assistance and initiating follow-ups to clients. She also contributes to the business’s sales and marketing efforts.
As a teacher herself, Xandra is a firm believer in lifelong learning. She loves to enroll in various online courses, attend trainings, webinars and more. She also finds joy in spending quality time with family when she’s not working.
Mela Mandipol

Mela holds a degree in Marketing, earned through dedication and perseverance while balancing work and studies, because for her, giving up is never an option.
She brings over five years of experience in the BPO industry, with a strong background in retail, telecommunications, and hospitality. Skilled in customer service, sales, and technical support, Mela has a proven track record that led to a promotion to a supervisory role in a hospitality account—a proud milestone in her career.

Outside of work, Mela enjoys traveling, exploring new destinations, and spending quality time with loved ones—experiences that keep her inspired and grounded.
Berna Duque

Berna Duque holds a four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technology, but it was during her academic journey that she discovered a passion for creativity and branding. Recognizing the impact her skills could have in helping startups build their brand identity and grow their presence on social media, she pursued a career in design. After graduation, she began working as a Graphic Designer and was promoted to Social Media Manager within a year. In that role, she deepened her expertise in digital marketing and brand strategy, eventually transitioning into the role of Art Director as her skills and vision evolved.
Outside of work, Berna enjoys playing badminton and table tennis to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She believes that creativity thrives when emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being are in balance, and she prioritizes nurturing all aspects of her health to support her creative work.
