"Tax time" can be a very harrowing time for many people and most do not get warm, fuzzy feelings when speaking of the IRS. During this time, it's very important to find a tax expert who is not only knowledgeable about the various tax laws, but one who actually listens and is able to correctly apply that knowledge to each individual, unique situation. I found such a person-Mr Randall Brody, tax expert extraordinaire. Filing my taxes may not be as complicated as others, but they're also not the quickest or the easiest. No short forms for me! Working with Mr. Brody and his highly qualified, professional staff has relieved me of the burden of having to spend hours upon hours scouring the internet or making phone calls to have my tax questions answered. I always knew exactly what tasks I needed to complete and was always kept updated on how things were progressing. The forms emailed to me for completion were easy to understand and if I had any questions, I simply sent an email to the person assigned to assist me and received an answer in as little as a few hours. Randall Brody did way more of service that expected…beyond the call of duty!!! I must have sent over 50 emails asking questions and not only did he respond to EVERY one of them, he responded extremely fast (in some emails it was within minutes). He provided all the information I needed. However, there was the way that he responded that made me take noticed. His emails were very warm and respectful. I hate to say this but this is not what I was expecting from normal US services (from my experience not very good). This makes Randall a special case and strongly recommended. I came in completely blind on how to resolve my compliance and taxes. Mr. Brody lead me all the way to the finish line.
