Jordan Tucker

Operations Coach/ Certified Public Accountant

Jordan Tucker is a proud member of the California Society of CPAs. He earned his Bachelors of Science in accounting from Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey.

While working in public accounting, Jordan provided assurance and taxation services to clients from a variety of different industries. Some of his responsibilities included preparing external & internal financial statements, tax planning, and tax return preparation. His experiences with solving complex tax issues and working with clients to reduce their tax liability fostered a special interest in the area of taxation, which is currently Jordan’s main focus.

Joemar Alba

Certified Public Accountant

Joemar Alba is a licensed Certified Public Accountant based in the Philippines. In 2010, Joemar graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in the University of the Philippines, Philippine’s National University. Before joining the team at Tax Samaritan, he spent more than seven years working with private entities where he had a variety of experiences in bookkeeping, accounting, taxation and auditing.

Rukshi Tahir

International Tax Preparer

I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in Commerce, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a major in Audit and Accounts. My career began at Ernst and Young (EY), where I was fortunate to be selected for a highly rewarding assignment in the New York office within just six months of joining. During my time at EY, I worked on several Advisory and Compliance projects, specializing in US Taxation for both expats and inbound clients. I have hands-on experience signing tax returns, tax equalization, and delivering impactul tax solutions for clients.

After an 8-year break to focus on raising my twins, I returned to the workforce with a renewed focus and successfully completed my MBA in International Finance. With this advanced education, I re-entered the field of US Taxation, specializing in high-net worth individuals who own multiple businesses. I have developed expertise in complex tax structures, including 1031 exchanges, tax planning, tax strategies, and building tailored workbooks to streamline client records and ensure accurate tax reporting. Passionate about tax strategy and compliance, I am always eager to continue growing and contributing to meaningful projects that drive client success.

Sales and Marketing Coach

Rhoda received her Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering. After practicing as an engineer for two years, her passion for traveling and seeing the world directed her career path into the airline industry where she worked as a Cabin Services Director for nearly nine years at one of the top-rated airlines in the world.

Being passionate about customer service, she’s currently working as the Sales and Marketing Coach for Tax Samaritan. It gives her the opportunity to learn and explore many things related to all fields such as sales, operations, and marketing and taking care of our #1 – our customers.

After working hours, she enjoys her new role as “mom” to a lovely daughter and spending time with her family.

Xandra Bacuetes

SEO/Content Developer

Xandra Bacuetes is a licensed professional teacher. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with specialization in Special Education from the University of Science and Technology in Southern Philippines. She practiced teaching for two years and later, transitioned into remote working. She joined Tax Samaritan in 2022.

Working in operations support, her main functions include providing assistance and initiating follow-ups to clients. She also contributes to the business’s sales and marketing efforts.

As a teacher herself, Xandra is a firm believer in lifelong learning. She loves to enroll in various online courses, attend trainings, webinars and more. She also finds joy in spending quality time with family when she’s not working.

Mela Mandipol

Mela holds a degree in Marketing, earned through dedication and perseverance while balancing work and studies—because for her, giving up is never an option.

She brings over five years of experience in the BPO industry, with a strong background in retail, telecommunications, and hospitality. Skilled in customer service, sales, and technical support, Mela has a proven track record that led to a promotion to a supervisory role in a hospitality account—a proud milestone in her career.

I completed a four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technology, but along the way, I discovered my passion for creativity and branding. I realized that my skills could help startups build their brand identity and grow their presence on social media. After graduating, I started my career as a Graphic Designer. Within a year, I was promoted to Social Media Manager, where I developed a deeper understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy. As I continued to enhance my skills in branding, I eventually transitioned into the role of Art Director.

In my free time, I enjoy playing badminton and table tennis to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I believe that creativity flourishes when I am emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually balanced, so I make it a priority to nurture all aspects of my well-being.
