We’re looking to hire a Tax Office Assistant
Could you be the great assistant we’re seeking to work full-time and handle many of the pesky administrative details of running my growing tax business?
Busy business owner constantly buried with far too much to do needs very organized, detail oriented assistant in his North Las Vegas office (near Craig and Simmons).
It’s 9:15pm on a Tuesday night and I’m still in my office working?
I own a growing tax preparation and resolution practice in North Las Vegas. I’m stuck working late tonight because I’ve got too many things to do… all the paperwork, emails, invoices and administrative details that go with running a tax practice are killing me!
Can you help my headaches vanish by handling some of the details?
Are you somebody who is superb at handling details… a loyal, hardworking behind-the-scenes type person who always follows-through and never misses a deadline… so productive your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left… comfortable in a small office environment where priorities can change quickly… a super-organized get-it-done type person who’s also very good on the phone talking with people and writing to people via email.
If so, we should talk because you just might be the great assistant I’m looking for. The pay is negotiable and our office dress code is casual (shorts and flip flops are okay).

WHO
You are meticulous. You are organized. You love creating structure out of chaos. You enjoy creating new systems and streamlining processes. Research and sifting through information skills are crucial. You are resourceful and a self-starter. You are looking for a long-term growth within a company.
